We are looking for experienced Solution Delivery Consultants (SDCs) who combine strong business understanding, analytical thinking, technical awareness, and the maturity to lead enterprise solution delivery from discovery to go-live.
As a Solution Delivery Consultant at VISION, you own the end-to-end solution delivery process. You work directly with clients to understand their operations, analyze business processes, identify requirements, and design solutions using the capabilities of our enterprise platforms. You coordinate Application Configuration Developers, Test Engineers, DevOps, and other technical specialists to ensure successful implementation and validation.
Our delivery approach is increasingly AI-assisted. You will use AI Co-Pilots to structure requirements, analyze business processes, generate solution documentation (SRS, SSD, SDD), identify gaps, and support solution design. Your role is to understand the business, make informed solution decisions, and validate the results — while AI accelerates the analytical and documentation work.

Responsibilities
Requirements
Business Understanding
- strong understanding of enterprise business processes, workflows, and operational models across domains such as Operations, HR, Finance, or Public Sector
- ability to lead structured discovery workshops, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and identify underlying business needs
- strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business problems into clear, structured, and testable requirements
- ability to model business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define practical TO-BE scenarios
- excellent communication, synthesis, and decision-making skills, with the maturity to manage ambiguity and complex stakeholder expectations
Delivery & Solution Mindset
- experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, business analysis, or technical delivery
- ability to own solution delivery end-to-end, from requirements discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, and go-live
- strong focus on reusable, maintainable, and scalable solutions, prioritizing standard platform functionality over unnecessary customization
- ability to coordinate multidisciplinary implementation teams, guide technical execution, and resolve functional dependencies
- understanding of requirements traceability, solution documentation, acceptance criteria, and delivery quality standards
Technical Awareness
- solid understanding of enterprise application architecture, business process management, workflows, and configuration-driven platforms
- good understanding of relational databases, data models, SQL, and application data flows
- familiarity with APIs, REST services, JSON, integration concepts, and interactions between enterprise systems
- understanding of web application technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, sufficient to discuss, assess, and validate implementation approaches
- knowledge of deployment environments, security fundamentals, integration dependencies, and software delivery lifecycles
AI-Assisted Analysis & Design
- practical experience using AI assistants or AI-powered tools for analysis, documentation, problem-solving, or software delivery
- ability to provide AI tools with structured business context, clear instructions, requirements, and expected outcomes
- ability to critically review, refine, and validate AI-generated requirements, process models, documentation, and solution designs
- understanding of how AI Co-Pilots can support business analysis, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and solution documentation
- interest in AI-enabled enterprise platforms, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and knowledge-driven solution delivery
What Makes This Role Different?
At VISION, the Solution Delivery Consultant is not simply a business analyst, technical consultant, or project coordinator.
The SDC is the central owner of the customer solution, combining business understanding, solution design, technical awareness, and delivery leadership.
Instead of separating business analysis from solution design, our SDCs lead both activities, maintaining a complete understanding of the business context and the solution being implemented.
AI Co-Pilots accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, and design, allowing SDCs to focus on client engagement, critical thinking, solution decisions, and delivery quality.
You will work alongside AI-assisted Application Configuration Developers who implement and validate functionality using modern configuration and development tools.
