VISION builds travel management software for agencies and tourism organisations, holding customers, travel requests, offers, reservations, suppliers and day-to-day operational activity in one platform. Vision Travel 365 follows the whole customer journey, from the first enquiry and the personalised offer through to booking, documentation, payment and post-travel contact.

Most agencies already run a mix of tools for these steps: a booking engine here, a payment system there, customer records in one place and supplier correspondence in another. Vision Travel 365 is the layer where they meet. Clients, requests, passengers, suppliers, projects and invoicing sit in the same system, and existing booking, payment and accounting systems stay in place and feed the platform through integrations.

From enquiry to invoice

A request arrives by phone, email or web form and is registered against the client record, with the full history of previous trips and conversations alongside it. From there the same record carries the offer, the approvals, the confirmed booking, the documents issued to the traveller and the invoice.

Because each step is part of one chain, staff see where a piece of work has reached without asking a colleague, and a change made at one point is visible at the others.

Passenger-level detail

Corporate and group travel rarely resolves neatly to a single booking. Vision Travel 365 maps services down to passenger level, so each traveller on a request has their own flights, accommodation, transfers and documents, with their own status.

The same structure supports MICE work, where an event is handled as a project with deliverables, deadlines and a budget rather than as a list of bookings.

Suppliers, sourcing and purchasing

Supplier profiles, catalogues, requests for quotation, offers, contracts, orders and payments are held in the platform and linked to the customer demand they serve. When an operator prices a request, the supplier side and the client side of the same trip stay connected, which makes margin visible while the offer is still being built rather than after the invoice is raised.

Billing and reporting

Invoicing runs on a calendar, so recurring and staged billing is scheduled rather than reassembled each month. Dashboards cover revenue, expenditure, cash flow and project profitability, with approval workflows and revenue forecasting on the commercial side.

What this looks like in practice

A travel and MICE agency in Bucharest ran bookings, payments, itineraries and customer communication across separate platforms before working with VISION. Booking engines, payment systems, customer records and supplier management were brought into one platform, with itinerary generation, invoicing and customer communication automated, self-service access for clients and dashboards for management.

The agency reported a 40% reduction in manual workload, 50% faster response to customer enquiries and changes, and a 20% increase in repeat bookings. Mapping and tidying the workflows before automating them was, in their account, what made the transition stable.

Built around your processes

Vision Travel 365 is built on Vision App Maker. Data structures, forms, business rules and workflows are configured for your organisation rather than fitted to a fixed template: the fields you record on a request, the stages an offer passes through, who approves what and at which value, the documents produced and the calculations behind them.

The same tools stay available after go-live. When a process changes, when a new product line or supplier arrangement appears, or when a reporting obligation shifts, the configuration is adjusted rather than rewritten.
