VISION builds operational software for car dealers and aftersales businesses, delivered through the Vision 365 platform. Customers, vehicles, sales, acquisitions, service and insurance claims sit in one system, so a sales file, a service order and a damage file refer to the same customer and the same vehicle. It can run as the dealership master system, or as an integration layer above the applications already in use.

This is not a fixed, off-the-shelf dealer management product, and it does not replace the invoicing or accounting system. What it holds is the operational layer between departments: the files, approvals, checklists and records that sales, acquisition, service and management share.

Sales, acquisition and the vehicle record

Lead and opportunity management, customer profiles with the full interaction history, offers, price calculation and follow-ups run in one flow across the web portal, the mobile application and the showroom. A price calculation engine produces the figures used in offers.

The acquisition flow runs from initiation and a history check through evaluation to a purchase price proposal, and covers trade-in from stock, trade-in with order, free acquisition and consignment. Inventory status, pricing and availability are held against each vehicle, together with ownership, warranty and service history. Vehicles serviced at the dealership are tracked even when they were bought elsewhere.

Aftersales, service and insurance claims

Standard workflows cover maintenance, mechanical and body repairs, warranty and post-warranty operations, and insurance claim evaluation. Damage files carry dynamic document checklists, parts and labour estimates and insurer-specific requirements, so the package sent to each insurer matches what that insurer asks for.

Activities, approvals and financial monitoring sit on the same records, so the state of a repair is visible to the service team and to management at the same time.

Commissions, dashboards and customer self-service

Sales commissions are calculated monthly and quarterly, combining figures imported from the invoicing system with data entered in the platform. Role-based dashboards report on sales, service and inventory performance, with calendars, scheduling and task automation for day-to-day work.

Customers reach the same records through a self-service portal and a mobile application, where they manage their details, follow service requests and review vehicle information.

Car dealer processes automation

For a BMW dealership in Bucharest, VISION replaced disconnected sales, service and commission workflows that were producing manual errors, delays and no real-time visibility. The sales and service workflows were automated and commission tracking was put on a single record.

The published results are a 30% reduction in administrative workload, transaction processing up to 40% faster, 100% accuracy in commission calculation, and higher customer retention through personalised service reminders.

It works with the systems already in place

The platform is built to sit over what a dealership already runs. Customer records can be created in the platform or imported from an existing dealer management system, and it can be deployed as an integration umbrella over applications such as Audatex, CRM and ERP. Integration works through a plugin mechanism, and data can be imported from ERP, CRM, DMS or legacy systems.

Built around your processes

Vision solutions are built on Vision App Maker, where data structures, forms, business rules and workflows are configured around the organisation: entities and lists in the data model designer, formulas in the rules engine, approval paths in the workflow editor.

Because that configuration lives in the platform, it changes as the dealership changes. A new acquisition type, a revised commission scheme or an extra approval step is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
