We are looking for ambitious, creative Full Stack Developers with strong .NET Core, React, and relational database expertise to advance Vision App Maker, our no-code BPM and enterprise application platform.
You will design and implement new platform features, scalable application frameworks, and reusable components. The work includes modernizing the stack for cloud readiness while maintaining a mature product used in complex business environments.
AI-assisted engineering supports coding, debugging, test development, refactoring, and documentation. You remain accountable for the technical quality, performance, security, and maintainability of the code you deliver.

Responsibilities
Requirements
Backend Engineering
- Strong .NET Framework and .NET Core / C# expertise.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, clean code, and maintainable architectures.
- Experience building services, business logic, and REST APIs.
- Ability to diagnose backend performance and reliability issues.
Frontend & Application Development
- Solid React development experience.
- Strong understanding of frontend state, component design, and web application behavior.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript development practices.
- Focus on responsive, usable, and maintainable interfaces.
Data, Architecture & DevOps
- Good relational database design and development with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of SQL performance, data integrity, and schema evolution.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, testing, and cloud-oriented deployments.
- Ability to build scalable, reusable product components rather than one-time project code.
AI-Assisted Software Engineering
- Practical use of AI coding tools for code generation, tests, refactoring, and debugging.
- Review generated solutions for functional correctness, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Ability to articulate clear implementation constraints and verify outcomes.
- Interest in AI-enabled platform capabilities and integration patterns.
