Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Job Description

At Vision Technology Development, we build and operate enterprise software, AI, and IoT solutions that help organizations digitalize, automate, and optimize their business operations. Our technology ecosystem includes Vision App Maker, Vision365, Vision Smart Platform, and Vision Smart Digital City, deployed across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

We are looking for Infrastructure & DevOps Engineers who combine strong infrastructure and systems administration expertise with an automation-first mindset and an interest in AI-powered operations. You will help maintain, operate, secure, and continuously improve the infrastructure supporting VISION's internal systems, enterprise platforms, and customer environments.

Our approach to infrastructure operations is evolving beyond traditional manual administration. We increasingly use AI agents, AI Co-Pilots, automation scripts, and orchestration tools to accelerate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response. Your responsibility is not simply to execute operational tasks, but to understand how systems work, automate recurring activities, and ensure that infrastructure remains reliable, secure, and scalable.

You will work closely with Software Developers, Solution Delivery Consultants (SDCs), Solution Architects, and other technical specialists to support platform development, customer implementations, and ongoing operations. Human expertise drives infrastructure decisions, security, and validation, while AI accelerates execution, automation, and problem resolution.

How we work. At VISION, we combine business expertise, strong technical foundations, and AI-powered tools to deliver enterprise solutions. Every role contributes to this approach. Discover How We Deliver →

  • ability to collaborate with Solution Delivery Consultants, Software Developers, Solution Architects, and customer-facing teams
  • strong ownership of operational tasks, attention to detail, clear technical communication, and willingness to continuously improve infrastructure processes

What Makes This Role Different?

At VISION, Infrastructure & DevOps is not limited to traditional systems administration, helpdesk operations, or manually executing deployment procedures.

We are evolving toward AI-powered infrastructure operations, where engineers design, orchestrate, supervise, and continuously improve automated operational processes.

Instead of repeatedly performing infrastructure tasks by hand, our engineers use automation platforms, AI Co-Pilots, and intelligent agents to manage environments, accelerate deployments, detect problems, and support incident resolution.

You will work across multiple technologies and operational environments, supporting both VISION's own enterprise platforms and the solutions deployed for our customers.

This requires strong technical foundations. AI can assist with generating deployment scripts, diagnosing failures, analyzing logs, and proposing corrective actions, but infrastructure engineers remain responsible for understanding system behavior, evaluating risks, approving critical actions, and validating operational results.

You will also contribute to a more standardized and reusable infrastructure model, where deployment configurations, monitoring practices, operational procedures, and automation workflows can be consistently applied across different platforms and customer environments.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages servers or uses AI to execute commands faster. We are looking for someone who understands infrastructure deeply and can use automation and AI to build more reliable, secure, scalable, and increasingly autonomous operations.
