We understand the target audience, users’ pain points, needs, and goals through user interviews, surveys, and ethnographic research. Based on user journey maps we understand the step-by-step process users follow while interacting with the product and identify pain points, emotions, and opportunities to improve the experience.
We continuously involve key users in the design process and develop prototypes, conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate based on their feedback.
Our platform allows us to start with low-fidelity wireframes to outline basic layouts and interactions, then progress to high-fidelity clickable prototypes. Tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch are used to simulate the user experience before development begins.
