Responsibilities

This role is a 1st /2nd Line Support Engineer and can also be known as a Helpdesk Engineer, Technical Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.

  • Manage the build and release processes across multiple environments and infrastructure;
  • Qualifying and documenting the problems raised by customers;
  • Being the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email;
  • Monitoring company internal infrastructure;
Requirements
  • Understanding infrastructure architecture and design (Windows, HyperV, Security, IIS, Apache)
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
