This role is a 1st /2nd Line Support Engineer and can also be known as a Helpdesk Engineer, Technical Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
- Manage the build and release processes across multiple environments and infrastructure;
- Qualifying and documenting the problems raised by customers;
- Being the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email;
- Monitoring company internal infrastructure;
- Understanding infrastructure architecture and design (Windows, HyperV, Security, IIS, Apache)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
